Privacy Policy
This policy explains what KJ TALENT INC. ("we", "us") does with information when Pinterest accounts are connected to kjpin, our internal Pinterest tool. kjpin is used only by KJ TALENT INC. and connects only Pinterest accounts that KJ TALENT INC. owns or manages. It is not offered to the public.
What kjpin does
- Publishes our own original content as Pins to our own boards, after a person reviews each Pin.
- Reads performance analytics for our own accounts and Pins.
- Reads Pinterest Trends and ad-account data for planning our own content and campaigns.
- Saves images from Pins on our own boards as private reference material for our creative team. These images are not republished.
Information we access
With the account owner's permission, granted through Pinterest's own authorization screen, kjpin can access the connected account's basic profile (username and account type), boards, Pins, Pin and account analytics, Trends data and, where enabled, ad-account data. kjpin does not collect Pinterest passwords, and it does not access accounts that have not been connected through Pinterest's authorization screen.
How we store it
- Data is stored in a private Supabase database operated for KJ TALENT INC. in the United States.
- Pinterest access tokens are encrypted in Supabase Vault. They are never shown to people, written to logs or shared.
- Access is limited to KJ TALENT INC. systems that need it to perform the actions listed above.
How we use and share it
We use this information only to run KJ TALENT INC.'s own Pinterest presence. We do not sell it, rent it, use it to build advertising profiles of Pinterest users, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host our systems (such as Supabase) or when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting an account in kjpin deletes its stored Pinterest tokens.
- Access can also be revoked at any time in Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps.
- Saved analytics and records are kept as business records for as long as needed and can be deleted on request.
Children
kjpin is not directed at children and does not knowingly process information about children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
